Okay, we had ants marching into our home as if they were headed to war. We were desperate for help. Obviously what we used (can spray/plastic gallons) was not working. Searched online, found Pest Pros on Magnolia Ave, Lou KY. The owner arrived 7/3/25. We have not seen one ant in our home since. I waited till today 8/18 to post this review bc I had to be sure my post was true. Hands down the best pest control we have ever used in my 20 yrs in this house. I did not want a four season contract (others clients may). I paid a flat fee, BOOM. Not one army ant seen since. My word is my truth. Pest Pros is the real deal, the best out there for me. Fantastic service, very kind, thorough, and responsive. I called regarding a termite and carpenter bee issue, they arrived the same day to provide a quote and I was scheduled the next morning. The price was reasonable and was as quoted. I will definitely call Pest Pros again for any future pest problems. I personally greatly appreciated that, unlike other pest companies that I have worked with or spoken with recently, they did not at any point attempt to pressure me into additional services or contracts.

Bryce and his team have absolutely earned a 5 star rating from a first time google reviewer! From beginning to end, their customer service was exceptional- scheduling me and coming out for a pest treatment within a 24 hour window and taking his time to educate me about future prevention and the service that he was providing. Amazing local company. Pest Pros were able to get me scheduled in under 24 hours from my Friday afternoon phone call. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest. The cost is a huge value for a thorough inspection and services. They were able to provide photos of the entry point and discovered the reason I was having a non-pest related chimney issue. I will always contact Pest Pros first from now on.

We currently have been using pest pros for a year and this has been the best experience that we have had ever. In our apartment, we had experienced a new tenant and we saw a few bugs and Bryce Came in and serviced our home and we haven’t had any issues since Our first service he comes to re-Service every three months and I can say that this has been the best experience we have ever had with any pest control company.
